Essex County Council required a film for use in secondary schools throughout the county to encourage good behaviour on public and school buses. CCTV cameras have been installed on many of the county's buses and the film's objective was to show how easy it is to identify and catch perpetrators of vandalism, violence, bullying and other nuisance
behaviour.

Production involved the scripting of three dramatised scenarios and extensive casting and rehearsals, drawing from the acting talent of a local secondary school. The ten minute film also incorporates contributions from bus operators, school staff and the police.
