This film was Essex County Council’s first official YouTube video release, and highlights the impressive results achieved as part of its pledge to implement 12 congestion-busting schemes around the county. Enthusiastic comments from members of the public, councillors and other organisations were combined with location footage of the initiatives in action, bringing a very real success story to life.
