Essex Libraries
The Journey Begins Here
Essex County Council needed a film to highlight a range of enhancements to Essex libraries, demonstrating their diversity, flexibility and breadth of appeal to new and existing customers.
The project required a quick turnaround, with a large number of camera setups in a short space of time across several locations. Scheduling had to be intricate to ensure no disruption to the libraries’ day-to-day business. A combination of actors, library staff and actual customers appeared in the shoot.
Since production, the film has been used to present the service to a variety of stakeholders and the general public. At the time of writing, it is also playing regularly in Essex County Council’s public atrium.
